CUSTOM SOFA ORDERS GOING TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF CA.: All custom sofa orders outside of CA. are delivered via White Glove Delivery by HomeDirectUSA. Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for production times before your order is ready to ship. When your order is scheduled to ship you will get an email with a tracking waybill # attached. You will be able to track the order online once it has been shipped by going to the HomeDirectUSA website. Once your order arrives at the destination terminal a HomeDirectUSA agent will call to schedule a delivery time with you.
CUSTOM SOFA ORDERS GOING TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES WITHIN CA.: All custom sofa orders within CA. are delivered via White Glove Delivery by Extra Express (Southern CA) , Quick Delivery Service (San Francisco Bay Area), or HomeDirectUSA (Central and Northern CA.) Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for production times before your order is ready to ship. Once your order is scheduled for shipping you will get an email with tracking information attached. HomeDirectUSA customers can track their orders in transit by going to the HomeDirectUSA website. Once your order arrives at the destination terminal our shipping agent will call to schedule a delivery time with you.
ACCESSORIES ORDERS: All smaller furniture items, fabrics, pillows, and ottomans are delivered via FedEx Ground or similar delivery companies. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your item(s) to ship and approximately 1 week transit time for arrival. You will get an email from FedEx with a tracking # as soon as the order is picked up from our warehouse. You will be able to track the order online once it has been shipped by going to Fedex Ground.
COMMERCIAL "CURBSIDE" DELIVERIES: Unless otherwise specified large item orders going to commercial addresses will be shipped via LTL "curbside" commercial delivery agent. Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for production times and 1 week transit time. When your item is scheduled for delivery you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way to you. Once your item is shipped you can contact us for carrier specific tracking instructions by clicking here.
IMPORTANT: Upon delivery to your home or office please inspect the order and make sure it is what you ordered and that there is no damage present. If it is not what you ordered or damage is present please refuse delivery of item (s) in question and notate the damage on the shipping document. Failure to do so may void your replacement guarantee with Cal-Moda Industries. Please call us M-F 8am - 5pm PST at (800) 566-6578 or fill out out Customer Care Form for any questions or problems. In certain cases Cal-Moda may substitute carriers from the ones shown above if they do not offer services in your specific geographical area.
